3. Structures:
This machine is mainly composed of base, frame, roller, reducer, motor and electrical control system, etc.
The roller is made of cold-hardened cast iron, and the working surface is ground to have high hardness and wear resistance. The geared motor is installed inside the machine, and the roller and the frame are installed on the machine base, making the structure more compact.
The rollers are driven separately by hardened geared motors through the chain; the roller speed and speed ratio are adjustable. The transmission chain is provided with a sealed protection shield, and the workbench is equipped with an electrical brake and braking device. When an emergency occurs, the emergency stop switch can be pressed to immediately brake, making the equipment safe and reliable.
