This press can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Tire can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator. It can adopt two-half mould and segmented mould.
The machine consists of frame, mould opening/closing device, mould adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, loading device, tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, pipeline system and post cure inflator etc.
Electrical Control system:It adopts PLC as control center, which has touch screen for display unit. The touch screen can display curing state, we can realize the man-machine conversation, such as technology choosing and parameters modification etc.
