Main Features

1) It has a Move horizontally/Turn over structure of mold opening, a B-type central mechanism, a rotary encoder for controlling the position of the opening and closing mold, which is easy to operate and has higher precision.

1. The lifting is driven by water cylinder and guided by double columns, and the movement is stable and reliable;
2. The coaxiality between the VCL and the center mechanism and the parallelism between the VCL and the lower steam chamber can be individually adjusted. At the same time, in order to ensure the accuracy of the paddles, the paddles are made of a full circle;

3.The square tube type connecting frame is used to fasten the VCL and the wall panel, thereby increasing the rigidity of the wall panel and ensuring the stability of manipulator turning into and out;
4.The paddles are opened and closed with an adjustable stroke cylinder, which is more suitable for opening and closing stroke adjustment to prevent the scraping bladder;
5.The lever type rotating mechanism is used to mechanically make the turning in and out process to achieve a slow-fast-slow speed conversion, thereby reducing the impact phenomenon. Improved the buffer device makes turn in and out smooth and reliable.
