The tire bead winding system is used to produce beads of hexagonal section from one single rubberized wire, and six beads are made at a time through the steps of let off of steel wire, wire pre-heating, wire rubberising, storing with low tension, wire arrangement and winding etc..

Let off
1.The six let-off stands are symmetrically distributed on both sides, and adopt the active guiding. The discharging speed is controlled by the angle displacement sensor and PLC. According to the production speed and the size of the winder, the production speed is adjusted by PLC, which has great stability and reliability.
3.Alarm is set for steel wire breaking and being about to used up.
4. Optimized let off stands: the structure is excellent with high strength, which improves the reliability and stability of the equipment.
5. The rust and dirt removal device has been added, which greatly improves the quality of coating of steel wire.
Pre-heating
1. Induction heater (high frequency heating) , and the power is automatically controlled from 0-15KW.
2. The preheating temperature is controlled at 40 °C - 100 °C.
3. The temperature control is automatically adjusted according to the wire traction speed, and the temperature is displayed.
(4)The heated steel wire is not black and does not deform, and there is no melting phenomenon.
(5)The steel wire after heating is clean, without phenomena like dew or dust collecting occuring.
Extruder
1. φ65 pin cold feed extruder with AC frequency conversion speed regulation;
2.The screw length to diameter ratio is 14/1, and is made of 38CrMoAIA;
3.The extruder drive uses ABB AC variable frequency motor, power is 22KW, using AC frequency conversion speed regulation;
4.The maximum capacity of the extruder: 100KG / h;
5.Screw geometric compression ratio: 1.55:1;
6. With closed-loop pressure control through equipted pressure and temperature sensor on the head, the extruder automatically maintains the control pressure according to the linear speed during the production process to ensure the quality of rubberising.
7. The motor and the reducer are connected by a flexible coupling.
Mold temperature control machine
1. There are 4 sets of Mold temperature control machine(TCU) that has high temperature control precision and is easy to operation;
2. The device has simple structure, beautiful appearance and convenient maintenance.
Steel wire traction and storing device
1. The coated steel wires were led into the storage rack that consists of six sets of pre-bending devices and six sets of storing devices;
2. The storing device is optimized and designed with high storage and rodless cylinder structure and is controlled by laser range finder with reliable performance and sensitive response. The coated wire can reach more than 60 meters. The storage tension is regulated by a precision pressure regulating valve, which leads to low tension and easy operation.
3. The wire pre-bending adjustment is convenient with large adjustment range, to ensure no tip rise after winding.
Winding
1. The design of the winding drum is reasonable and accurate;
2. The winding drum and other parts are formed by CNC machining center once, and the machining precision of parts is high. Furthermore, Excellent heat treatment and processing technology make the parts interchangeability up to 100%, therefore, the finished bead ring has good quality and high precision with outstanding consistency and uniformity. Besides, the device is easy to maintaince.
