This machine is lower supporting equipment for rubber interal mixer,and is high-efficiency and ideal novel thick-sheet extruding equipment special for internal mixer .It is used for forced extrusion of melting body and continuous production of thick sheets after rubber ,plastic ,synthetic resin,and nonmetal material,ect,are mixed.structure features:
1.This machine consumes low energy,and it has simple structure,good self-cleaning property,long useful life,high automation degree,simple operation,low noise,no environmental pollution,small occupied land area,and convient maintenance,ect.
2.Both screws have single-head,variable-pitch and variable-depth convergent thread structures,and advanced cone shape.These two screw ratate oppositely,and engage with each other as a whole.Both of them are installed at an angle and use flat-opening nozzles so that the rubber materials are extruded more flatly and smoothly and so that the rubber material extruding and transferring capability of the screws is enhanced greatly.
3.The machine barrel has a large opening and its bottom has a downhill structure.The feeding machine barrel wall has a jacket-type welded structure,and the sheet extruding roller has a hallow structure.The temperature of all of them can be adjusted and controlled by cooling with water or heating with hot oil/hot water/steam,to meet the process requirements for different materials.
4.The sheet extruding device is installed on the rack and sideway for the feeding device base,and it can be moved horizontally through a manual or pneumatic mechanism to realise its separation and reunion,facilitating the cleaning or replacement of feeding head.
5.Both of the feeding device and sheet extruding device use ACfrequency conversion technology,to adapt to the process requirements for rubber sheet or resin sheet production lines,relizing step-less speed adjustment.
6.The working surfaces of various machine parts contacting materials are plated with hard chromium layer,so they are abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant,and have long useful life.
7.The electrical control system employees PLCtechnology,so it can realizie both single-machine control and interlock control with sheet production line.Moreover,this machine is equipped with a rubber storage control system based on ultrasonic material I-meter and pressure senor,which can directly detect and control the speeds of the screws and roller to achieve matching each other.
