Product Description

Maoyuanfeng Machinery offer both standard and customized tyre recycling solutions depending on your requirements for input tyre type, production capacity, and output size/purity. The standard solutions for tyre recycling have capacities ranging from 500 - 5000 kg input/production hour depending on your needs. These are typically the starting point when customizing solutions e.g. for larger capacities.The systems and machines are developed based on ambient mechanical technique for size reduction and separation. No melting or chemical treatment required.

1. GENERAL
This tire recycling rubber powder production line including main machine and accessorial equipment, it is used for recycling scrap-tire (steel tyre and textile tyre), the final product is rubber powder.

           A:  If need installation on site, engineer will arrive at factory within one week after machine arrived at factory.

           A:  2 years after machine arrived at factory
2.        Q: How to solve the problem?
           A: Within one hour after getting customer' problem, inform the solution way, there are three ways for different conditions. 1, Which can be solved by phone or Email, it will be solved in two hours. 2. Which can be solved by Remote Control, it will be solved within four hours(machine is equipped by Remote Network Control Problem). 3. Which need solve it on site, engineer arrive at factory within one week(in the two years warranty date, engineer has the visa any time of the country where the machine.
