1.Automatic repeat error correction
The latter station will double confirm the weighing results of the former station. If the weight difference between the two before and after weighing exceeds the tolerance range, the batch measurement will be stopped immediately, and the hopper on the station will automatically exclude the ingredients from the lineup. This function can reduce the waste of raw materials and the greater loss caused by excessive formula weighing error.
2.Silo replenishment to prevent errors
When replenishing materials to the raw material warehouse, it is necessary to scan the raw material packaging bar code first, and automatically open the silo door after checking the system. Otherwise, it is impossible to replenish materials, which can effectively avoid replenishing wrong raw materials to the silo.
3.Barcode printing of formula package
After a batch of sub-weighing is completed, the system automatically prints the barcode and sticks the barcode on the formula package for error prevention and control in the subsequent production process and quality abnormal traceability.
