The rubber mixing mill with stock blender is extensively used in rubber products manufacturing factory to get best mixing dispersion of ingredients and raw rubber. Coupled with stock blender, these mills saves labor and increase productivity.
Rubber Mixing mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A. with chemicals into even materials. The even materials canbe fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machiner for making rubber or
plastic products. It adopts dual output reducer, the front and behind roller can be driven separately with rolling bearing structure, the roller can adopts hollow center groove roller or drilling hole smooth roller against difference using scope as mixing, refining or press pieces etc.
This machine can be installed stock blender according to customer s request to decrease the labor strength, also equipped with safe device.

1.The main body consists of chassis, left and right frame, left and right cover and other components. The chassis could be customized to complete type or seperate type. The main body is fabricated structure, stress relieved by annealing processed after fabricating.
2.Roll temperature could be adjusted by cooling media flow through high quality rotary joints.
3.The rolls are made from LTG-H alloy chilled cast iron by centrifugal casting technology, achieved surface hardness HS 68 ~ 75. Roll surface is grinding processed and there are smooth, partial grooved, half grooved, complete grooved surfaces and hollow, drilled or non-drilled types according to different purpose.
4.The mixing mill is equipped with break caps which will be broken when overloaded in order to protect the main parts from being damaged due to overloading.When emergency, simply pulling the rope or pushing the button with initiate the electro-hydraulic brake, makes the rolls stop rotating imediately.
5.Bearings for the rolls are double-row bearings, which are convenient for maintenance and have a long service life.

1. Q: How to guarantee the quality of outsourcing parts?
A: There are strict system and process for inspecting outsourcing parts.Choose more than 2 suppler by tender ,then find a outsourcing inspectors, after inspection, qualified goods, labeling and storage. Not qualified, return.
2. Q: Which brand of electric part?
A: Use world famous brands, Siemens, Omron, Toshiba, Schneider, ABB.Customer can specify the brand.
3. Q: How to control the quality?
A: There are inspectors for inspecting equipment quality and performance, after assembly, machine run continuously for at least 12 hours at one time, Total running time should be not less than 48 hours.
About installation
1. Q: When the guide engineer arrive at customer's factory?
A: If need installation on site, engineer will arrive at factory within one week after machine arrived at factory.
About after-sales service
1. Q: What is the warranty time?
A: 2 years after machine arrived at factory
2. Q: How to solve the problem?
A: Within one hour after getting customer's problem, inform the solution way, there are three ways for different conditions. 1, Which can be solved by phone or Email, it will be solved in two hours. 2. Which can be solved by Remote Control, it will be solved within four hours(machine is equipped by Remote Network Control Problem). 3. Which need solve it on site, engineer arrive at factory within one week(in the two years warranty date, engineer has the visa any time of the country where the machine.
