Product Description

The machine is used for vulcanizing of solid tire and adopt frame-type structure.It is composed of rame, hot plate, base, hydraulic cylinder, piston, active platform, upper beam, tire demoulding auxiliary device and so on.This press can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and unloading automatically. Tire can be cooled automatically with post cure inflator. It can adopt two-half mould and segmented mould.The machine consists of frame, mould opening/closing device, mould adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, loading device, tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system, pipeline system and post cure inflator etc.Electrical Control system:It adopts PLC as control center, which has touch screen for display unit. The touch screen can display curing state, we can realize the man-machine conversation, such as technology choosing and parameters modification etc.
