Product Description

APPLICATION:

The whitewall tire buffing machine is used for grinding pattern or words on the sidewall of the tire that after curing. The grinding machine is fully automatic, no human intervention is needed. The tire in, lubrication, clamping, transportation, grinding and tire out go on without human intervention.

Assembly Unit:
Mainly consist of transport system, centering system, clamping and driving system, grinding manipulator,dust collector,PLC Control System.

1. Fully automatic control: all processes including tire feeding, input centering, clamping device, grinding and output are completed automatically without manual intervention.
2. Menu-based management: determine various tire pressure according to the specifications, use proportional valve to automatically lock the air pressure, self-built database, and realize menu-based management.
3, intelligent identification: optional scanning system linked to the database, according to the scanning data automatic identification of tire specifications and models, automatic accurate selection of grinding parts and accuracy.
4. High-end configuration: mitsubishi PLC,FESTO cylinder and servo motor.
5. Customers can independently choose rim specifications according to the requirements of color tire specifications.
