Product Description

Waste tire recycling rubber powder production line is used to make waste tires and rubber into rubber crumb and rubber powder.  

Advantages:
No pollution: Separate the fiber, wire and rubber completely under normal temperature by physical methods, zero-emission of waste gas, water and feigh.
Low consumption: Lowest energy consumption and labor cost. Used Tyre Recycling Plant.
High capability: Capable of disposing the waste tires which the diameter is less than 1250 mm into 5-40 mesh crumb rubber.

Reclaimed rubber making process:
1. Tire splitting machine/tire cutting machine: Cut waste tyres into two pieces.
2. Stripe & lump cutting machine: Cut tyres into stripes and then lump.
3. Cracker mill & aulixiary equipment: Crushing rubber lump into rubber powder.
4. Auto clave tank: De-vulcanizing rubber powder.
5. Refining mill machine: Make reclaimed rubber sheet.

Scope of Project:

The method of recycling waste tyre is that separating the inner steel wire and fiber from waste tires through many kinds of technologies and grinding the rubber granules into powder.Waste tyre treatment equipment are suitable for international development and management style.
