Product Description

Waste tyre rubber cutting machine is used for splitting scrap tire into two pieces before it was fed into stripe cutting and lump cutter. It is the first step to recycle a waste tyre.
Waste tire is cut to two pieces with a splitting machine and then cut to lump with a strip&lump cutter. Rubber lump is fed into rubber crushing mill and rubber powder is made. There are also accessory equipment available such as conveyor belt machine, vibrating screen, magnetic separator, fiber separator where powder, nylon fiber and steel wire is separated.
Full set of rubber powder and reclaimed rubber production line is available. We provide turnkey plant solution!
