The batch off cooling machine is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber strip that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder.

there are two structure types: overhead and floor-standing types, whose hanging racks are vertically turning with compulsive cooling. The rubber strip hanging bar adopts step by step cylinder or motor-reducer for driving. It consists of mainframe and electrical control system. The mainframe is composed of splicer, printing, slitter, isolation cooling, lifting device, hanging strip cooling, auto wig wag section, weighing, handrail, platform and supporting bracket etc. The electrical control system consists of main control cabinets, and there're emergency stop device in key areas.
Clients can choose high or low disposition according to the practical requirements. The high disposition batch-off line has hydraulic auto wig wag section, which can battle the rubber strip tidily, the strip tidy ratio≤100mm;there are three working positions for auto entering and outputting of material tray; auto rubber collecting device; auto cutter device; it has high automatization and can realize nobody operating.

The slitting device can cut the rubber sheet to become 2/3/4/6 even width strips automatically.
The solution liquid volume on the rubber sheet surface can be controlled by an air knife.

With the auto pick-up device for leading rubber sheet from the cooling rack bar to take-out Conveyor automatically.
With the special designed auto stacking device from the folding rubber sheet to pallet very tidy.
The pallet storing station can store 8~10 pallets with shifting-out function.

Structure:
There are two kinds: overhead and floor-standing types.
Batch off cooler can coat with isolation agent, cooling and laminated storage of the rubber sheet which extruding from mixing and plastic mixing, the structure is floor-standing type. The rubber sheets running have overhead type and multilayer conveying type two kinds. This batch off cooler can be equipped with coding device, lengthcutting or crosscutting, automatic swing glue; automatic laminated rubber sheet weighing and cutting, automatic sampling etc. The new type chain-type batch off cooler uses South Korean technology. The rubber sheet in the chain-belt is using multi-layer reciprocating cooling method. It is suitable for cooling thin rubber sheet and no pollution rubber sheet.

4. Q: How to control the quality?

A: Within one hour after getting customer' problem, inform the solution way, there are three ways for different conditions. 1, Which can be solved by phone or Email, it will be solved in two hours. 2. Which can be solved by Remote Control, it will be solved within four hours(machine is equipped by Remote Network Control Problem). 3. Which need solve it on site, engineer arrive at factory within one week(in the two years warranty date, engineer has the visa any time of the country where the machine.
