Product Description:

Our frame type vulcanizing machine is best choice for producing high quality tube and tubeless tires. Applicable for various models of motorcycle tires, agricultural tires and implement tires.

Structure characteristics:

1. Nitrogen vulcanizing air bladder, perfect for high quality tubeless motorcycle tires.
2. PLC control system with touch screen display. Easy to set, save and apply curing program & curing process real time monitoring.
3. Drilled complete heating platen.
4. Applicable for both segmented and split mold.
5. Floor erection or erection in foundation pit.
6. Post cure inflator and tire unloader(Optional).
