Product Description:

Maoyuanfeng(MYF) Open Type Mill is used for mixing and kneading raw rubber, synthetic rubber, thermoplastics or E.V.A. with chemicals into even materials. The even materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processingmachiner3t for making rubber or plastic products. It adopts dual output reducer, the front and behind roller can be driven separately with rolling bearing structure, the roller can adopts hollow center groove roller or drilling hole smooth roller against difference using scope as mixing, refining or press pieces etc.
This machine can be installed stock blender according to customer s request to decrease the labor strength, also equipped with safe device.

Maoyuanfeng Advantage:
  The rolls are made of chilled cast iron with vanadium and titanium alloys. The roll face is hard and anti-wear. To heat up or cool down, the rolls are either circumferentially drilled or centrally bored so as to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulic relief device. When an emergent accident happens, just press down the button and the machine will stop immediate/y.1t is safe and reliable.
The machine adopts electric nip regulating device that provides easy operation.
Bearings for the rolls are double-row ball bearings, which are convenient for maintenance and have a long service life.
The transmission system adopts a hard facing gear reducer, which has a compacted structure with higher transmission efficiency, lower noise and longer service life.
